Trauma responses — Good care, understanding, and compassion for these

Hiding out from the world 4. Procrastination or inability to make even small decisions 5. Endless social media scrolling/binge tv watching 6. Confusion over whats real or unreal (or actually happening) 7. Often confused/misdiagnosed with depression'

Going along with another person's perspective, beliefs, or values without connecting with your own 3. Dissociating (leaving the body) 'spacing out" 4. Lets other people make decisions 5. Avoids any situation that could lead to conflict 6. Fears saying "no" 7. Overly polite agreeable 8. Hyper aware of other people's emotions needs while betraying your own'
