Yesterday, during a Zoom call, one of my mentors said, “I never use the word ‘individual.’ We are unique people, and we have unique skills, talents, interests, and personalities. But I never use the word individual, because individualism is always ‘I will divide’-ism.”
I’m still thinking of that.
